Common questions
I didn't get the confirmation email. Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Runs Ledger, then try signing in again. Still nothing? Email us from the address you signed up with.
I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot password. We'll email you a reset link.
How do I join my company? Ask your boss for the company's invite code, then enter it in the app after you sign in.
Arrival reminders aren't showing up (iPhone). In the app open Account › iPhone app, make sure reminders are on, then in iPhone Settings › Runs Ledger allow Location Always and Notifications.
How do I delete my account? Account › Delete my account, then type DELETE. More on the delete account page.
