How to use
A quick walk-through of Runs Ledger: adding runs, pay, extras, expenses and totals.
Your mileage rate
Fills in Mileage Pay on your own new runs, and on a driver's runs you log when that driver has no rate of their own.
Mileage rounding
Applies to Mileage Pay for everyone in the company: new runs, and a saved run only if its actual miles are changed. Saved runs keep the paid miles they were saved with.
Drivers
Change a driver's name or their own mileage rate. Their rate fills in Mileage Pay on new runs for them (old runs keep the rate they were saved with).
Remove from company takes them off your team but keeps their login. Delete account erases their login for good; use it for duplicate accounts.
Delete company
Deletes the company, every run and everything logged in it. This can't be undone.
