How we use information
Runs Ledger uses this information to provide secure sign-in, maintain worker profiles, record and calculate job information, show authorized team records, send account confirmation and password-reset emails, and improve the reliability and security of the service.
Who can access information
Workers can access their own profile and job records. Authorized administrators and bosses may access team records as required to manage the service. Access is controlled through authenticated user accounts and role-based permissions.
Service providers
Runs Ledger uses service providers to operate the application, including:
- Supabase for authentication and database hosting.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Runs Ledger.
Data retention
Account and job information is retained while an account is active or as needed to operate the ledger, meet business recordkeeping needs, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. Authorized users may request correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to legitimate recordkeeping requirements. You can delete your account yourself at any time in the app or website: Account › Delete my account.
Security
We use authentication controls, role-based access, encrypted connections, and reputable service providers to help protect information. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their passwords and contact us promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.
Children's privacy
Runs Ledger is intended for business and work-related use and is not directed to children.
