This page explains how users of the Runs Ledger app and website (runsledger.com), published by Runs Ledger, can request that their account and associated data be deleted.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
In the Runs Ledger app or on runsledger.com, sign in and open Account › Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm. Your login, profile and photo are deleted right away. If you are the only person in your company, the company and its runs and expenses are deleted too.
Or ask us by email
- Send an email to runsledger.support@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in.
- Use the subject line "Delete my Runs Ledger account".
- Include your name and the company you work with in Runs Ledger (if any).
We will confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and password authentication data.
- Your profile information: name, email address, and phone number.
- Personal runs and expenses that are not part of a company ledger.
What may be kept
- Job and expense records you logged for a company may be kept by that company for its business and tax recordkeeping, as described in our Privacy Policy. These records are no longer linked to a sign-in account after deletion.
- Basic service logs may be kept for up to 90 days for security purposes, then removed.
